Here are pictures of item you need and me preparing a printing block.

Things u should have.

Firts step : me stapling the mesh onto
wooden frame/block.

Cut away the extra mesh to trim the edges.

Glue the mesh all around – help to hold the
 mesh strongger (long lasting).

Leave the block to dry.

Second step :  me pour in the photo emulsion
into the spreader.

Spread the photo emulsion evenly onto the mesh.
No dark room/red light enviroment.

Do the same on the inside – the coating need
to be as thin as it can.

Clean the spreader and put in the excess
emulsion back into the bottle.

Dry the coating surface using hair dryer.
Don’t worry to use it – no harm to the coating’s surface.

Touch the surface to make sure
it dried completely.

I want to let u all know that when u preparing the photo emulsion coated surface, u don’t have to do it in the dark room or under the red light enviroment. You can do it under normall light brightness at night and in the day time at your car porch and what u need to do is to get away from direct contact of the sun - I mean direct contact (u do it directly under the sun). Enjoy! and see u next time…
