Namaste!, It’s me again. Almost a week i don’t update my post. All these days i just checking out other bloggers’ blogspot. So many to see and learn.

Also, i found out that visitors stats are decreasing. Maybe there is no new things to read and see at my blog.

But what caugth me is that the followers are increase in numbers. These people i believe interested in my effort seriuosly or just loyal readers. By the way thanks to u all visitors and followers.
You all out there, by this weekend I’ll show me myself printing on tshirt, the whole process. Hopefully you all enjoy it. I’ll show u all how printing on tshirt can be done by one person – one man show. The keyword is be “patient”.

From my experience, i learned from many gurus and teached many protegee, the important key that u should have is determination and always be patient. Especially when u do it by yourself – part time job. But if want to go seriously, i suggest u get help from friends or relatives – at least 2 person. Pay them by day job basis. This will safe ur time when u run in volumes.

Why u need at least 2 person to add? In total there would be three person including u.
  1. The first is to slot in the tshirt with the plywood and rotate the tshirt after the previous tshirt is done printing.
  2. The second person do the printing.
  3. The third person do the drying process using the flash dryer/blower.

Each person just taking care of their on task and the process repeated until all the shirt done printing.

Tips of the day:
People ask me, how many printing table they need?
My answer: no specific numbers. For begginers, one printing table is enough. One table can print 8 tshirts. The important thing is that u need more plywood to slot into the tshirts. By doing so you can alternate the tshirt after the previous one are done and dry it at other place.

Example 1: Lets says u have 56 plywoods and divide its by 8 (volume of thsirt on one printing    table), u will rotate the printing process by 7 times only. So u safe the space and money to buy 7 printing tables.

Example 2: You have 8 plywood and one printing table. The important process is that the person who incharge of replacing new tshirt with the one printed previously plays the major roles. This can be done if u print one color on tshirt. 2 or more colors will cost u time taken to finished the job.

Thats all for todays, see u again…
