See u all again!! I’m going to teach u all “How To Print On TShirt”.
Things u need.
Take one blank tshirt.
Slide in the glued plywood into the shirt.
Press the tshirt evenly to stick with
the glued pywood underneath.
Take the printing block [in step two]
and tape its’ edges with cellophane tape.
Place the printing block at the centre
of your tshirt.
Prepare for the rubberised ink
onto the squeegee.
(A) Spread the ink into the printing block.
Don’t hesitate. Be confident.
(B) Lift up your printing block.
Clean the underneath of ur block with
wet sponge.
Then, dry the underneath of ur
block with dry clothe.
(C) Dry the ink with flash blower.
Repeat steps A, B and C for the second time.
Tips of the day:
-
We clean the underneath of the printing block with wet sponge and dry clothe, so that the ink will not block the mesh when it dried [blockage]. It’s very important when we run bigger production and need to changes into new tshirts.
-
We repeat steps A to C, to make sure the color is bright and it durable when washed. Sometime we repeat three times.
-
Important for u to confirm the tshirt dried fully, if not it will peel off when wash. I usually dry my tshirt under the sun’s heat-cost saving..

You said steps A, B and C should be repeated for brighter colors. How long should I wait in between the repeats? Do I need to make sure the ink is dry before applying the second print? Thanks for your response.
First of all i'm sorry for the late reply.
Answer for ur question:
usually when u use the flash dryer/blower, it only take 5 to 10 seconds. For example, if u print 8 tshirt one time, the next time u repeat the overlayer, u can print on it straight away, in condition you print and ur friends dry it after that.
If u not so sure, try to touch it, if it still wet dry it again. But if it a bit sticky, u can proceed for the next layer.
actually its depend on yourself. I learn it from try and error method. There is no specific way to determine it. Different humidity and temperature would also affects the drying prosess.
For my project i run 16 tshirt one time, then i put it under the sun. Then i continue to the next 16 and by the time i finished this new 16 the previous 16 dryed allready. Save the bill on electricity. hehe..
Sometime i do nothing. I print all 16 and then back again for the second and third layer. This happend when i print during afternoon or during hot days.
I hope this would help u. by the way, thank for ur questions. Keep in touch.
Thank you for your response. The information helped a lot.
